Low Season - April to November, except School Holidays & Public Holidays.
Mid Season - All other school holidays, public holidays, Dec, Feb, March.
High Season - Christmas Holidays (late Dec, all Jan) & Easter.
House occupancy is exclusive for your booking. You need to only bring towels, all other facilities provided.

Once a booking is confirmed and 50% deposit paid, it is the recognition of your acceptance of the Callala Beach House Terms & Conditions for rental.
When booking the beach house, it is sole occupancy for a maximum of 5 persons and 3 pets. The number of guests &/or pets must not exceed the maximum stated or you will be liable to immediate termination of your rental, eviction & forfeit of all booking costs.
Upon your acceptance & confirmation of the booking of the beach house, a 50% deposit of the total due is required. In peak periods of December to February, this deposit is required within 24 hours to secure the booking.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking, will result in a 100% loss of deposit paid.
At the completion of your stay, it is your responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy manner as per when you arrived. Particularly, please ensure that the outdoor barbeque, kitchen, oven and fridge are clean. It is our right to charge an excess cleaning fee, minimum of $100.00 if the premises are not in accordance with this clause.
At all times during your stay Callala beach house management reserve the right to access of the property for servicing needs, emergency &/or other related access issues.
We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip.
If you need to make small changes to your dates booked, at all times where possible, we will attempt to accommodate your change requests.
